Free Tax Assistance Coming to Seymour

Seymour Helping Hands is proud to partner with United Way to bring free tax assistance to our community this tax season. Beginning Monday, February 2, and continuing each Monday through March 30, trained volunteers will be available to help community members prepare and file their taxes at no cost.

Location:📍 100 S. Washington, Seymour

This service is open to the public and completely free, designed to help individuals and families confidently navigate tax season while keeping more of their hard‑earned money.

What to Bring

To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please bring the following documents:

• Your W‑2(s)

• A valid photo ID

• Social Security information for everyone included on your tax return

• Last year’s tax return, if available (strongly recommended)

Having these items on hand will allow volunteers to better assist you and help avoid delays.
