Holiday Happenings at Seymour Helping Hands

The holiday season is in full swing at Seymour Helping Hands, and our Community Center has been filled with creativity, laughter, and lots of festive cheer! Last weekend, our youth gathered at the Center to paint their very own ornaments and nutcrackers. Parents joined right in, making it a heartwarming afternoon of family fun, colorful creations, and holiday memories in the making.

It was almost as exciting as our recent Kids Market, where children had the special opportunity to shop for gifts for their parents and siblings. With many brand-new items priced at $1 or less, the kids loved picking out meaningful surprises while learning the joy of giving.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have been able to give out—and will continue to give out—wrapping paper and Christmas décor to help make homes merry and bright. We are truly grateful for every donation that helps spread holiday cheer.

We are also deeply thankful to the community members who donated gifts for our legacy community members. Because of this kindness, we are happy to be providing gifts to residents at Seymour Nursing and Rehab Hospital, as well as to other valued members of our community.

From crafts and shopping to sharing the spirit of giving, these Holiday Happenings remind us just how special our Seymour community truly is. ❤️🎄
